Self Esteem

Self esteem is an important part of our wholeness as people. 

Having a reduced self esteem impacts us in many ways. People with low self esteem often struggle to have self compassion, and may end up being 'people pleasers'. Over time this can really affect our wellbeing. 

Working within a person-centred framework, I am confident that we can help build your self esteem, work out why it is low and together achieve improved wellness through working on your self-compassion.
