Single Session Therapy
For many reasons, often a course of therapy may be better suited for many people.
However, with the increasing difficulties and current economic climate, I understand that some people may not feel able to afford longer term therapy. In single session therapy we have a little longer to work together in a session, and set out at the start what it is you are having difficulty with.
I cannot provide you answers or advice, however together we will work through what your options are and explore how each of them might impact you.

Sometimes one session is enough to help you on your way, and some clients will book single sessions as and when they feel they need it, or as a 'top up' when they have finished regular sessions.
If during our assessment I feel that you may not get the most out of single session therapy, I might recommend a course of therapy instead, but this is always your decision.
